2016-2017
In 2016-2017, we had 5 teams compete in the VEX IQ 2016-2017 Challenge Crossover. They were teams 5081A (Steel Jags), 5081B (Tech Titans), 5081C (Iron Jags), 5081D (Robolution), and 5081E (Mecha-Knights). These teams competed in 5 local tournaments during this season.
Through the local competitions, 3 of our teams earned spots to the Florida State Competition. Teams 5081A, 5081B, and 5081E competed in February at the state tournament among the best teams throughout Florida.
After the state competition, 2 of our teams then did what we never thought was possible and were invited to the VEX IQ World Competition in Louisville, Kentucky. Teams 5081A and 5081E ended the 2016-2017 season at the world competition where they were able to compete with teams all over the world. It was an amazing experience that could never be forgotten.
